Q. - What areas do you
cover?
A. - We cover
Stourbridge, Halesowen, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Compton, Tividale, Tipton,
Kingswinford, Wombourne, Oldbury, Sandwell, Great Barr,
Sutton, Streetly, West
Bromwich, Great Bridge, Walsall, Clent, Hagley, Kinver and surrounding areas
in the West Midlands.
Q. - How soon could
you get me a cleaner?
A. - We aim to assign
you a regular cleaner within 7 working days.
Q. - How do you ensure
honesty and reliability?
A. - All of our
domestics are put through a strict selection process.
We only employ
polite, trustworthy staff to work for us. Every staff
member is reference and police checked prior to
employment. We also operate a full no smoking policy.
All of our staff are trained, fully insured and
uniformed.
Q. - Can I choose the
day my cleaner comes?
A. - We make every
effort to get you a cleaner on the day you require,
however cover provided may not be on the same day as
your permanent cleaner.
Q. - What happens if I
am not happy with my cleaner?
A. - We have many
options to resolve this, it may be that your cleaner
requires more training, which we will be happy to
provide at no cost to yourself, or occasionally it might
require changing the cleaner to suit your needs. If you
have any problems at all with your cleaner we are here
to take care of them.
Q. - Do I still have
to pay my cleaner if I am on holiday?
A. - No. You only pay
when the cleaner comes, but we do ask for 24hours
notice.
Q. - Who provides the
cleaning materials and equipment?
A. - We provide
everything including the vacuum and mops etc.
Q - Do
you have insurance?
A - Yes. Castlegate Housemaids has employer’s liability
insurance. Should you decide to engage our company a
copy of the certificates can be provided on request.
Q. - How much does it cost?
A - Our rates are extremely competitive and based on
your individual or corporate needs. Please contact us
for more information.
Q - I would prefer the cleaner to attend whilst I
am at work. Can keys be left with you?
A - Yes you can provide a door key if you wish, this key
will be given a security number and kept in a locked
safe. It will only be given to your cleaner on the day
of the clean and returned when the clean is finished.
Q - How do I pay?
A - We will invoice you monthly, this can then be paid
online or by cheque - no cash is accepted.
